1. Who we are

IDKAA Investments LLC (“IDKAA,” “we,” “us”) operates this website and publishes consumer software, including ClipsNCuts. This policy describes the website. The ClipsNCuts app has additional on-device practices described in the app; those practices do not change this company-level policy.

2. What this website collects

This website is informational. We do not require an account, and we do not run advertising, remarketing, or cross-site tracking pixels on these pages.

If you email us, we receive the address you send from, the message, and any files you attach. We use that information only to respond and to keep a record of the conversation.

Our hosting provider (Vercel) may process standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and requested URLs in order to operate the site, prevent abuse, and diagnose errors. Those logs are processed under Vercel’s own terms and privacy policy.

3. Cookies

We do not use advertising cookies. The site may set a strictly necessary cookie or similar storage if the host or the framework requires it to serve pages securely. You can block cookies in your browser; the public pages will still load.

4. How we use information

We use contact information you send us to:

• answer product, legal, or business questions;
• meet legal, tax, or App Store obligations;
• protect the company against fraud or abuse.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.

5. ClipsNCuts

ClipsNCuts is designed so that search location, saved deals, and household calendar data stay on the user’s device unless the person turns on an optional feature that needs a network service. App subscriptions, if offered, are billed by Apple or Google under their own terms. Questions about in-app data can be sent to legal@idkaainvestments.com.

6. Retention

Email correspondence is kept as long as needed to complete the request and for a reasonable business record. Hosting logs follow our provider’s retention schedule.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete personal information you sent by email, subject to records we are required to keep. Contact legal@idkaainvestments.com.

8. Children

This website is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised policy.
